These Terms govern your purchase from CandyBoxBuys, an EU consumer outlet operated by UAB Wise Trading Group ("we", "us"), Ramybės g. 4-70, LT-02103 Vilnius, Lithuania (company code [company registration code — to confirm], VAT [LT VAT number — to confirm]). By placing an order you accept these Terms.
CandyBoxBuys sells surplus and outlet stock of branded food, confectionery and snacks, by the display (a full multi-unit display is the unit of sale). Because this is outlet stock, best-before dates may be shorter than in regular retail — this is reflected in the price. Best-before ("geriausia iki") indicates quality, not safety; products remain safe to consume after the date if properly stored. Product images are illustrative.
Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT. For cross-border consumer sales within the EU we apply destination-country VAT under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme; the applicable rate is determined by your delivery country and shown at checkout. Shipping is charged in addition and shown before you pay.
We ship across the European Union except Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Orders to those countries cannot be completed. We sell to consumers (natural persons) for personal, non-commercial use.
Adding items to your cart and submitting the checkout form places an order. Your order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment by email. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock unavailable, pricing error, delivery not possible) and will refund any amount already paid.
We accept payment by card (processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) and, where offered, by bank transfer. We dispatch only after payment is received and confirmed. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns conditions, which form part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by a clear statement to hello@candyboxbuys.eu. Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to food and other goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, nor to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16). Where withdrawal does apply, return the goods within 14 days; you bear the direct return-shipping cost and are liable for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary.
Where a refund is due (valid withdrawal, cancelled/undeliverable order, or a non-conforming product) we refund via your original payment method within 14 days, once we have received the returned goods or proof of return where applicable.
Your statutory rights under EU consumer law and the Lithuanian Civil Code apply. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at hello@candyboxbuys.eu within a reasonable time with your order reference and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
