How, where and when CandyBoxBuys delivers, and how returns work.
Across the European Union, excluding the Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). Orders are dispatched from Vilnius, Lithuania.
Estimated 5–7 working days across the EU after your payment is confirmed. These are estimates and may vary at peak times or for remote destinations.
Subtotal-based: orders under €10 pay €4; orders of €10 or more pay €7. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
The minimum order is 1 display. Products are sold by the full display.
Once dispatched you can follow your order at Track order using your order reference and the email you used at checkout. A tracking number is added when the carrier assigns one.
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact hello@candyboxbuys.eu with your order reference (and photos for damage) and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
