What exactly is a “display”?
A display is a full retail multipack — the sealed box a shop puts on its shelf — holding several units of the same snack (often 6, 12 or 24 pieces). On CandyBoxBuys you buy the whole display at outlet price. Every product shows how many units are inside, the price per unit, and the price per display.
Why is it so much cheaper than a shop?
You buy by the display at outlet prices instead of paying the single-unit retail markup — so the price per piece is far lower, often 70%+ below what you would pay for one in a shop.
How many units will I get?
It depends on the product — each listing clearly shows the units per display (e.g. “6 units per display”). The minimum order is 1 display.
Where do you deliver?
Across the European Union, except the Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia). Orders are dispatched from Vilnius, Lithuania.
How long does delivery take?
Around 5–7 working days across the EU once your payment is confirmed.
How much is shipping?
The first display ships for €7; each additional display adds half that. Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
Do I need an account?
No — checkout is guest-only. You can follow any order with its reference and your email on the Track order page.
How can I pay?
By card — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer is available as a fallback.
Are the best-before dates short?
As outlet stock, some items may have a shorter best-before date than in regular retail — that is reflected in the low price. Best-before is a quality date, not a safety one; products are safe to eat when stored properly.
Can I return an order?
You have the 14-day right of withdrawal, with the usual exceptions for food and unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods. See our Terms for the details.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
